Refund policy

NO REFUNDS, cancellations or changes can be made to your order once it has been placed

Returns:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if you receive the wrong item or size than ordered or if damaged. Contact me within 3 days of delivery ship items back within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send photos of defect/damage item(s) to us via email at lunaloveandco@yahoo.com

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order is shipped, we no longer hold any responsibility for it. I will ensure your items arrive to the Post Office safely. I do insure all packages and include tracking for each order for this reason. So in the event an item goes missing, we are ale to file a claim.
